The Student Recreation & Fitness Middle (SRFC) is more than 37,000 sq. ft. and was the primary facility dedicated to recreation on the College of Florida campus within the Fall of 1991. This exercise uses a bench and combines explosive leaping workouts with agility training to extend explosiveness and to construct a lean and athletic body.
30 minutes of BODYPUMP® for power and endurance followed by half-hour of GRIT Cardio and Plyo to challenge your fitness and explosiveness. Our aim is to develop self-consciousness and connection to neighborhood by collaborating in a wide variety of group fitness courses to realize your wellness goals.
The Health & Rec Center offers a variety of group health lessons for all levels and abilities: step-aerobics, Zumba, spinning, yoga, pilates, water workout, kick boxing and extra. Group Health courses are offered on a primary-come, first-serve basis. Indoor biking is one of the most fulfilling , protected and thorough cardio workout routines on the market – and it is acceptable forall ranges of fitness.
